Ordering on David Outwear was straightforward. The cart loaded without any issues, and I was able to switch the size right there without having to go back and start over, which was nice.
My card payment went through on the first try, but... the confirmation page did take a little longer than I expected. For a minute I was kind of wondering if it had actually worked or not.

The email showed up shortly after though, and all the order details looked correct. So yeah, overall it was a good checkout experience, just maybe a bit of a speed bump at the very end.

I thought this jacket looked decent in the photos, but once I got it, the fabric felt really thin and almost plastic-like to me. It doesn’t feel warm at all, and after only a few wears the lining already started pulling. Maybe it’s fine for looks, but in my opinion the materials just don’t feel worth it...

I’m not sure if I just had different expectations, but this didn’t feel comfortable to me at all. It felt stiff pretty much everywhere, and I couldn’t really settle into it

I’m still waiting on my order, and the tracking hasn’t changed for a few days now. It may just be a shipping delay, but it would be nice to have a clearer update on where things are...

I ordered a jacket from davidoutwear.com, and while it looked nice when it first arrived, the quality really didn’t hold up. After just a few wears, the stitching started coming loose and one of the buttons became wobbly, which was frustrating.
I wasn’t exactly putting it through anything intense either, just normal everyday use. For the price, I politely expected it to last longer than that. Disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I’ll say the jacket does look nice at first glance, and the style is pretty much what I was hoping for. It photographed well and I was excited to try it on when it arrived.
That said, once I had it in hand, it just didn’t feel like something that should cost as much as it did. I expected it to feel heavier or better made, and the quality didn’t really match the price for me. It’s not a terrible jacket, but I don’t think I’d buy it again unless it was on a big sale.

I never got any real update or actual help, so I was just left waiting. It feels like they stop caring once they have your money. I really wouldn’t order from them again.

It took about two days for support to get back to me, so it wasn’t exactly quick. But they did answer, sometimes that’s the main thing, getting a real response and knowing someone actually looked into it.

I checked out DavidOutwear because the jackets looked stylish and easy to wear, some of the designs do have a nice modern vibe. But after scrolling around for a while, a lot of them started to feel way too similar, which was kind of frustrating. I felt like I wasted energy trying to find something that really stood out, and in the end nothing felt that special to me. Decent style overall, just not really my thing

I’m frustrated. I placed my order thinking it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but it’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting. The shipping timeline made it seem like it would be much quicker, so I definitely feel a bit misled.

I’d say this is a solid 3-star jacket. It looks good overall and the material feels fine, just not quite as sturdy as I expected from the photos. I noticed a few uneven stitches here and there, and the zipper feels a little on the cheap side. That said, it’s still wearable, comfortable, and warm enough for regular use. For the price, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t call it anything special.

Using the website was frustrating. Pages took forever to load, and the checkout process felt cluttered and messy. It almost felt like they were hoping I'd click on extra stuff or miss something along the way instead of just letting me buy what I came for
